I do not offer mindset training or performance optimization. Instead, I lead a structured inquiry into where you’re out of alignment — emotionally, cognitively, and environmentally. My role is to help you examine patterns you’ve internalized, environments you’ve adapted to, and assumptions you’ve been operating under without realizing it.
This masterclass is both strategic and diagnostic.
We work on decisions, pivots, and communication AND we identify the root of why something has felt off or stuck for so long.
Most coaches stay within a single dimension, mindset, somatics, or career strategy. I don't.
I track multiple dimensions at once: what you’re saying, how you’re feeling, what your body is signaling, and which systems or relationships are reinforcing the issue.
This is why the work can move quickly, because we’re not isolating one piece of the puzzle. We’re working with the full context.
Unlike coaches loyal to organizational goals or trending frameworks, my allegiance is always to the individual.
I don’t nudge clients toward assimilation, compliance, or “best practices.” I help them recognize what’s true for them and what’s no longer tolerable, so they can move forward with bold clarity and without self-betrayal.

Part 1: One reframe that changes everything
We open with one shift in perspective that most career coaches never offer you. Why you've been stuck has nothing to do with your effort, your intelligence, or your confidence. Once you see the actual reason, you can't unsee it, and everything that felt like a personal failing starts to look completely different.
Part 2: Live talent reads
A handful of participants share their biggest career question right now. You'll watch me identify in real time why someone is stuck, what they've been mislabelling as a weakness, and what their natural wiring is calling them toward. Even if you're not in the hot seat, watching someone else get seen this clearly is its own kind of revelation.
Part 3: Your "I am UNDIMMABLE" statement
You write a first draft of the statement that becomes the foundation of every career conversation you'll have from this point forward, your interviews, your LinkedIn, your salary negotiations, your pitch. It won't be perfect and it's not supposed to be. But the writing process itself will give you plenty of a-has.
Part 4: Where the statement got hard
We look at what came up for participants when they tried to write theirs, and connect the struggle directly back to their talent profile. This is usually where people get the clearest answer they've ever had for why everything has felt off for so long.
Part 5: Translating your talents into language the world will respond to
Your LinkedIn and your resume are probably written for the career you thought you should want. We cover how to rewrite them for who you actually are, so that the right opportunities start recognizing you instead of you chasing the wrong ones.
Part 6: Selling yourself without selling out
The most common thing high-functioning women say to me is "I'm terrible at selling myself." We address this directly, and I show you why self-advocacy feels so wrong for someone with your specific wiring, and what it feels like when you advocate for yourself with the help of your UNDIMMABLE statement.
Throughout: you are seen, not exposed
